Jared has been working construction since the age of 18. Born and raised in the small town of Running Springs, CA. He truly enjoys the craft of custom carpentry, welding, and automotive. He's a proud father of two beautiful girls.
SAMANTHA YEE
Office Manager
Samantha has a degree in Human Resource and Management. Born into a family of designers it came naturally to bring that aspect into the business. She was born in Palm Desert, CA on a ranch where she helped care for horses, and learned a lot about hard work.  She also does graphic designs, and apparel for local companies. She loves anything artistic and enjoys watching their two girls grow.
ADAM REINHARDT
Supervisor
Adam was born and raised in Running Springs, CA, where he and his wife are now raising their 2 beautiful children. He began working in the automotive industry at age 14. Adam brought those expertise over to JW Builders where he now oversees job sites, while also making sure all heavy equipment and company vehicles are in working order.

Jared started working in construction right out of high school, learning a variety of trades from roofing to framing. In 2012, Jared began independent construction business in framing residential homes. From there Jared has created a team built operation and has obtained his contractor's license in three states. He focuses on custom residential homes in his home region, The San Bernardino Mountains. Through his journey of now 13 + years in the business, he has honed in the craftsmanship required to produce fully customized homes at the request of his clients.
